Excellent product easy to fit, slight problem getting the fan blade off but only needed a bit of WD40 and it came off

Looks like a good quality item, fitted well, hopefully I'll get a couple of years from this one at least.

Fan element

Part arrived well packaged and on time but I should have checked part. Element was faulty but upon contacting Ransome they dealt with it promptly and efficiently as replacement arrived next day. First class service and would highly recommend.

Good quality, good service

Bought this largely on price, but wasn't disappointed. It was easy to fit (the hard part was getting the old one out to test it but you tube and various forums pointed in the right direction) and haven't had any problems since putting it in. A lot cheaper than any of the other parts sites I looked at. The next day delivery even arrived in a Saturday which was a bonus since we'd written off a Sunday roast!

quick and easy

simplest way to fit is bend the middle bracket back out of the way, its not needed. Then you don't have to take the fan off! Simples!

Hot Stuff

Works well,slightly awkward to fit but do able for the most basic of DIY'ers just need a torq driver ....the more exspensive of the two elements ,but have fitted the cheaper ones in the past on other ovens and they haven't always lasted 12 months, didn't want ot risk it this time...will use this site again without hesitation...

Good product

Having tried two "compatible" parts previously, both of which failed within about 8 months of moderate use, I opted to buy the "genuine" article. Truthfully, I can't see much of a difference between the two with the exception of a neater finish at the terminal end on the genuine article. Time will tell if the new part functions for a longer time than the two previous parts. Service from Ransom Spares was very good. The customer service advisor was knowledgeable and the item arrived two days after placing the order. Packaging left a bit to be desired as the part was lose in a large box and as such was able to move about freely. Some padding/bubble wrap or Styrofoam filler would have been better. Overall, good service received and a decent looking "genuine" part.

Same as the original, easy to fit

Ordered the incorrect part at first which was my fault but returned and credited with no problem at all. The correct part arrived and was identical to the original Neff element.

Matches original part for fitting. Working OK so far.

Good match for original element, so fitting is as easy as the oven design permits. In my case (Neff under counter) the installation via the front is possible albeit a bit fiddly, but that's the oven design not the element itself. So far it is working fine and heats the oven as quickly as the original element. Can't comment on longevity as only been installed for a month and used a few times.

Great product

My Neff element has blown for the second time in 2 years so I have trawled the internet and found 'Ransoms Spares'. The item arrived quickly and Ransoms price was half that of another comparable site. The quality of the item is good and it is 'relatively' easy to fit yourself without paying an electrician or oven cleaning company. I'm hopeful this one will last more than 2 years.

Money saver!

When my oven stopped working I thought I would have to buy a new one, but my favourite search engine found Ransom Spares' excellent videos, and I was thrilled to find I could save a stack of cash! The replacement part was delivered really quickly and fit perfectly. Job done!

Good price for Neff replacement

After 3 'pattern' replacement elements had failed I decided to go for a genuine Neff element and was recommended to buy it direct and get it fitted. The recent one failed at 8 months and the previous one at 14 months. Having paid £30 for 'pattern' elements in the past, to pay only £38 for the genuine part was good. My electrician fitted it. I am glad I didn't try as he had difficulty removing the fan. So let's see how long this one lasts!
