Very good customer service, let me know straight away that the item was out of stock and offered a refund. Product came earlier than was then expected and was correct first time, no problems with fitting.

Cooker Hood Filter
Ease of access around site and allowed model of oven cooker hood to confirm items requested. Mail order stated 2-3 days, but with third party delivery this did casue slight delay. Apart form this slight hiccup, all was well.
