Pretty pumped about it, tbf
This was a like-for-like pump swap which fitted perfectly with no adjustment. Positioning and chassis fitment matched spot-on; so far so good. The only down-side was that the 2 pin connector from the washing machine (Hotpoint BHWD129UK | 104058681*80548650185) to the pump had to be replaced with two 0.8 x 6.35mm red insulated Female Spade Connectors, one for each lead in order to complete the installation. They obviously don't come with the pump. I had them on hand luckily, but many will not, so make sure you order some spade connectors and a crimping tool or see the look of disappointment on your wife's face when you tell her the machine can't be fixed today and she takes on the look of a woman scorned by terrible life choices. It being a Sunday and 4pm, B and Q are closed so there goes that idea. Once fitted, the pump was ridiculously quiet so on the plus side, the washing machine works like new and the missus showed her appreciation in the usual way by not having a go at me until the following morning.

Works but to adapt the wiring
This pump has now been in place for about 6 washes and is working well. It was easy to fit the 2 water pipes securely and the screwholes to hold it to the machine synched up. My only criticism is that the old pump had the 2 electrical wires going into a plastic block that then plugged into the pump. The new pump did not have the same socket, it has 2 spade connectors. I therefore had to cut off the plastic block and add crimped connectors to make a connection. There isn't a lot of spare wire to do this so some care is required. Soldering would work to if you don't have the crimp connector.

Virtually the same!!
We all need to apply ourselves, at times!! This part fitted virtually perfectly, but wasn't aware of the male and female connectors. Watched the video, and the pump was a great fit, and actually worked better than the original, but could have done with the heads up about the electrical fitting. This seems hypercritical, but a great solution to an, otherwise, expensive problem. Thank you Ransom

Good value part
Very quick delivery, from ordering to it arriving was less than 20 hours. Easy to fit after I had watched several how to videos online. Machine is now back to normal, no more sodden clothes!

Great product, easy to fit
Does what it says on the tin, washer is running smoother than ever, really easy to fit, never done it before. 2 screws and 2 c-clips and the job was done.

Indesit Waste water pump
Ordering was nice and easy. Part arrived by Royal Mail who were brilliant as usual. The pump was a direct replacement and was easy to fitted.

Excellent value
Got this item instead of going directly to Indesit. Excellent value and the same brand was fitted to my machine already from new. Simple to fit, took under 10 minutes, tipped the washer back slightly so I could reach it from underneath, 4 screws, twist it to remove, clip to remove the 2 pipes and the same in reverse to fit the new one. Recommend to anyone as mine has now run around 80 cycles and is still running perfectly.

Different Connections
Excellent value anf work perfectly but I did have some issues with the installation. It states this product is compatible with my machine WMUD962GUK however the electrical connection is different. This has 2 seperate spade connectors where as my machine had both together with a special connector. Easily resolved after a quick trip to the electrical store but a bit of a pain.

OMG - HOW EASY and effective
This was an inexpensive product that was extremely easy to fit. Most of the youtube videos tell you to take off the back of the machine...If you can, just tip it up and work from the bottom. It took about 5 minutes from pulling the machine out and replacing it..

Good service
Washing machine pump broke down on the Friday before Christmas. I searched the web and found what I was looking for with Ransom, right price, right part and easy to fit. I paid extra for the next day delivery service but realistically did not expect to get the part before Christmas. But to my surprise the part turned up on the Saturday. Happy wife, clean clothes and a good Christmas had by all. Thank you
