Exactly as required
The illustration of the part and the unit it should fit was exactly the same as the original part, all the numbers matched and this gives a high level of confidence that the part is the correct one for the Job. It arrived quickly and the job was done restoring the drier to full working order.

Better than the original super great
Really tight on the drum can be difficult to fit Here's what I did put the band round the motor Pull it up as far as you can then use the round handle of a wooden spoon push it under the belt ontop of the drum And keep turning the spoon the rubber will walk on the drum just like fitting a bike tire oh and thank you Kevin on the front desk you saved me £150

Quality part
Hotpoint "free parts" guarantee does NOT cover the belt and they wanted £110 to come out to fit a new one on an 8 month old tumble dryer. As this was over the Christmas/New Year period, it would take them into Jan to arrange a visit. Sourced the part at Ransom Spares (cheapest on the net) and it arrived a couple of days later (brilliant). Was fitted within the hour and I am keeping the second one as a spare. One skinned knuckle trying to fit the belt as Hotpoint have not allowed any adjustment on the motor (poor design) Ransom 10/10, Hotpoint -1/10 a big THANKS to Ransom personnel.

good quality, difficult to fit
good price quality item, but difficult to fit, i know you can purchase a tool to fit this belt but being a one off job a made my own, impossible to fit belt otherwise, with made up tool managed to pull belt over motor shaft, just hope this belt does not wear out the motor bearings prematurely. cheaper item than competitors

Belt for dryer
Fitting this belt is quite difficult. Without the special tool which for a non professional is a ridiculous price,is hard. I used a broom handle and a piece of 1" angle iron and rolled it over the pulley. Sounds hard but its quite easy when you do it. Once its on it does the job well. Saved me buying a new dryer.

Great service and the parts I needed
After searching the web for the belt for my dryer I was lucky enough to find it here. The belt is premium quality and service was fast. My email questions were answered proptly. Can't ask for much more.
