Great product, easy to fit
Looks identical to the other knobs on my oven. Very quick and easy to fit. Bit expensive in my opinion though but had to be replaced.

OK easy to fit
It fitted on to the oven easily. But I think the price for a little bit of moulded plastic is really dear. At half that price it would have still been dear, but not quite as bad as being ripped off for £17 I know that is postage as well. (I also realise this is is Hotpoint as they have you over a barrel)

Rapid and helpful service

Great product
Product arrived very promptly and was exactly as advertised. Fitted and looks great. Price was only small downside but then used to paying extra for parts when compared to price of the complete item.
