Freezer drawer replacement
The freezer drawer replacement process was very simple and straightforward. The part numbers and the compatible brand and model numbers were very clearly provided in the website. The order arrived the next day and it was fitted in the freezer for use. Excellent product and fast delivery.

Great part, great service!
The product arrived on time and was well packaged. The drawer was in excellent condition. The drawer fit perfectly. I had been reassured by the company's very helpful customer service communication that this drawer would do the trick! We are all relieved to be able to make full use of the freezer once more.

Can't live without
Ransom Spares not only refunded my incorrect order, they even gave me the correct product code to order. The drawer is a perfect fit. Whilst the price is expensive (for what it is), I can't live without a usable drawer!

Candy freezer tray
First tray arrived damaged, insufficient packaging, called up and sent photo. Another tray sent and arrived well packaged in perfect condition.

Great to find a replacement drawer to avoid replacing fridge freezer
Spot on. Badly cracked drawer in my fridge freezer was making me question whether I might need to replace the whole appliance. Looked on here and found the exact drawer at a reasonable price. Arrived quickly and has solved the problem. Very impressed.

How refreshing to find an online company that does what it says on the tin!! I made an enquiry to Ransomespares giving the details of my appliance (They even give guidance of where to find details ON the appliance) and asking if they could help and supply the part I needed, I promptly received a favourable reply and, placed my order. The part arrived, very well packaged within a couple of days. All I need to do is keep my freezer defrosted more often so's I don't break the front out of the bottom drawer of my Candy freezer!! Many thanks to Ransomespares!!

Candy Freezer Drawer
The replacement drawer was ordered as the original had cracked and split due to excessive exuberance opening the drawer when encrusted with excessive frost! The replacement arrived on time but was itself cracked on receipt. A second replacement was provided but that too was cracked on receipt! A third unit was received and was perfect. The third unit was exactly what I expected - a direct replacement for the original drawer. Receiving two damaged ones was a source of frustration but I give top marks to Ransomspares for customer service. On each occasion a replacement was sent out free of charge without any quibble or argument at all. I can live with the problem if it is dealt with in such a customer friendly way. Well done Ransomspares! When you treat customers well, they come back.
