I wasn't sure what part number I needed so emailed Ransome who told me what part I needed. ordered it & as I travel between Portsmouth & Redruth weekly so called in to collect it. I received a phone call the day after ordering to say it was ready for collection & it was there ready & waiting when I arrived! part was spot on what we needed! thanks to great assistance I will be using you again if anything else needs replacing!

Good service easy to fit

This product is easy to fit and collects the water from the tumble.The product is fine but the reason our previous one broke is in my view down to a design fault .The door has to be opened very carefully otherwise the container can fall out - which it did and duly broke.Ransom provided an efficient service.

exactly what I was looking for

I have a candy tumble dryer and after the water container leaked due to heat I searched for a replacement, but could not find any listed under candy products. However this hoover one fits exactly and I could not be more pleased with my purchase which arrived promptly.

Shouldn't have broke in the first place...

We purchased the Hoover dryer 2 years ago. Easy to use and everything, but the water container cracked (I'm guessing from the heat of the dryer) and the handle broke off in a way that we couldn't put it back. We are hoping the new piece we just purchased lasts longer than the first one. But I greatly appreciate the fact that it was easy to find on your site as the agent here in Jordan is no where to be found!

Like original

Hard to tell it from the original one, maybe it will last longer but time will tell. Great being able to purchase this type of spare part means the dryer has a new lease of life and is saved from the scrap heap. If I need another in a few years time and the dryer is still going I'll defiantly be purchasing another one.

Great product, east fit

My wife was devastated when she broke the original one, the handle literally just tore off the plastic (strange!). We decided it might be easy to find a spare part and how right I was. Ransomspares were by far the cheapest, and the site was easy to use. Delivery was fast, and the product was perfect. I didn't have any interaction with the staff as I knew the exact product I needed, but reading other reviews on the site they're meant to be really friendly! I'd highly recommend Ransomspares and have already saved the website for a bunch of other bits and pieces that need fixing around the house!

Easy to fit

Quick delivery of the part from Ransom Spares and easy to fit. Not a great design the quality of original part didn't last long distorted with the heat and eventually fell apart. Hoover need to look at this design
