Great new door - fitted perfectly !
This door was exactly what I needed for my Siemens washing machine with the website finding me exactly the right model. The door arrived quickly and was extremely well packed - with the delivery accurately telling me the hour within which it would arrive. Fitting took all of 5 mins and it now closes with a very solid and satisfying clunk !

Product and customer service
The service I received was excellent after receiving no help from a local supplier, I went onto Ransomes website, telephoned for help in ordering. The customer service was excellent. Ordered the part, received an email giving the exact details of the part when it would be delivered. I was able to track the parcel and knew exactly when it would arrive. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this company. Nice to know that there are some companies going out of their way to help. Thank you.
