make sure that you don't have 30mm DIA rear drum set
make sure when you order these that you current rear drum half does not have a 30mm DIA housing as these will not fit. You will then have to get a complete rear inner drum (which has the bearings pre-fitted) and a new 35mm spider + 3 torx screws as you have to drill the heads off the old one

You saved me over £400
Thanks for supplying drum bearings for our Hotpoint WM965A washer. The washer bearing noise had become unbearable and the bearing replacement cured all that. The only down side is that this particular machine is awkward to work on from the rear, once you have refitted the drum, but that isn't your fault. Once again, thanks for supplying a good product at a good price and saving me the cost of a new washer.

Excellent, great value for money.
My Hotpoint Ultima wt960 had become very noisy during the spin program, I looked on the net for causes and found that it could be the bearing, having bought other stuff from Ransom Spares before I rang them again and they too confirmed my doubt. Customer Service is always superb so is their price.

Bearing kit
Parts supplied quickly, genuine parts, sent promptly. Fitting bearing kit fitting easy for me, retired appl. Engineer, but not beyond the average handyman. Ransoms have never failed me on any parts to date, plus if unsure a phone call will ensure you get correct parts, very helpful phone assist. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service
The staff were really helpful and made an effort to give accurate and reliable advice before ordering. Buying the bearing kit was straight forward and the items arrived within 5 days. They were well packaged and excellent quality. I had to return other parts as they were not needed and the returns service was also excellent with a quick refund. Well engineered products giving great results
Drum bearing replacement is easy if you watch the videos on 'You Tube' first. The end result is a return to the nice quiet drum spins when it was first new. The two bearings and the water seal are sturdy genuine parts and will give many years service and save you a small fortune in appliance replacement costs.
