Identical part, well packaged and fast delivery
This was the exact shelf part I needed for a hotpoint inbuilt fridge. Identical to the original which had broken on the plastic surround support. Delivery was fast and the glass shelf very robustly packaged to protect it. Very happy with the product and service :-)

Good but expensive!
The shelf was of good quality and slid in easily. It was delivered on time and generally I was very pleased with Ransom's response to my questions. I was not overjoyed at the high price but my fridge is now back to full capacity. Thank you.

A match to the original
Although I would of preferred to of just ordered the broken plastic element instead of the full shelf, I couldn’t find one. That said once that wasn’t an option, this part was a perfect match plus it was delivered within 2 days which impressed. I would order again, which will happen given the design of these shelves.

Useful for extending life of fridge
Very pleased with this replacement as fridge now seems new again. Good fit, quality seems ok, though time will tell. Have had similar freezer fittings from this supplier which are still in perfect condition 4 years on, so am hopeful for same here. Glad to be able to renew rather than replace fridge

Glass Fridge Shelf
This is the second shelf we have had to replace in our Hotpoint integrated fridge. The original design was poor in that on both occasions it is the plastic surround of the glass shelf that has become brittle and broken, rendering the shelf unserviceable. Fast delivery on the spare shelf and a more reasonable price than other websites, however I think that this is not the last shelf I will be buying

The item was as advertised, arrived on time and was easy to fit. However the design, just as the original is not built to last and are pricey to replace.

Glass shelf fits INDESIT INTS 1611 UK
I needed 2 replacement glass shelves for an INDESIT INTS 1611UK. I took a gamble and ordered this Hotpoint part. It wasn't 100% clear on the webpage but the parts are identical. The delivery was quick and on time. My only issue is that you can't by the plastic parts on their own. It was just the plastic parts that had broken but I had to buy the full glass shelf. Its a poor design with the full weight of the shelf & contents being supported by thin plastic. It is not the glass that supports the weight. It woudl be better if HOTPOINT/INDESIT owned up to this and made the plastic parts avaialble on their own at a decent price rather than have to cough-up the full price. From a supplier review point of view excellent service and the cheapest price on the market ( unless you go for 2nd hand)
