Reasonable value for money part but great on-line video showing you how to fit is great.Completed in 10 mins even with a cut due to sharp edges on door.

Quick and easy repair
Found the door lock very simple to fit. Dishwasher was up and running again in no time with no call out or expensive repair costs.

Dishwasher door lock
Superb quality product and even a lame duck like me found it extremely easy to fit. Enabled us to use dishwasher again and save my hands.

Hotpoint dishwasher door lock
This lock was the cheapest on the internet i could find. It was absolutely perfect and and was so easy to fit. My dishwasher is now back up and running again. ( Thank goodness as the wife was doing my head in with moaning about who's turn it was to wash the pots.

So easy to fit

Met Expectations
The micro switch was a replacement for the failed switch and I expected to receive and received the unit I expected to receive,a straight forward replacement.

Ransom Spares website helped me to be sure that I was purchasing the correct door lock for the make and model of my dishwasher. The video was invaluable - it showed the product clearly and explained why the lock may have broken and need replacing. I was reassured that Ransom would replace the lock in the event that I had ordered the wrong one. Delivery was speedy and I found the new lock simple to fit.
