Easy to fit, does the job.
After our oven seal came apart at the bottom of the oven we thought it would be a new oven or get someone out to repair it. Wrong: this replacement seal was easy to fit and cost effective solution

Oven door seal
Bought this to replace broken oven door seal. Was easy to remove old one which had split. This was an easy replacement as it had the corner clips attached to it. Took no more than 5 minutes and now oven retains heat Thanks

Almost easy to fit
A great product which is almost easy to fit. The main problem is locating the small holes in the corners of the oven housing which take the 'hooks' at each coner of the seal. A short piece of thin wire helps. Make sure that the join (in one of the long sides) goes at the botom. Once two of the 'hooks' are in, the other two go in very easily indeed. An extra hand to help with those first two speeds things up.

Seal of Approval
Needed to replace main door seal on an AEG oven. The seal had a small metal clip embedded in each corner which, with a gentle stretch to tension the seal, enabled it to fit perfectly first time. This was a genuine replacement part and was easy to trace on the Ransom Spares website. It was much better than a Universal four sided seal that another spares firm promoted which would have entailed measuring and cutting each side, so leaving small gaps at the joins from which heat would leak. Am very pleased with my purchase.
