Great replacement part - drain hose
Website was fantastic in ensuring the part I ordered was the right part I needed. Arrived in good time and whilst fitting was not easy (first time I’d tackled taking apart a dishwasher to get to the old hose) but the part was a perfect like for like replacement and appears to be good quality.

Zanussi Dishwasher drainhose
Perfect replacement identified quickly via the online site. Unlike another company that supplied the wrong drain hose saying it was a universal drain hose, unfortunately the pump end did not fit. Well done Ransoms for having a web site and stock to support all machines.

Good product.
Hose was a perfect fit, bit fiddly to fit but that is down to the design of the machine. Would recommend.

Product does what it should do
Product is good, machine does not leak, but delivery could have been better when I was without a leak free machine for too long. I will Request next day delivery in future
