Easy to order and best price
I found the site through google to replace Broken draw front. Way to order after making sure got right part. Came quick. No firing instructions which would have been useful but found YouTube clip. Perhaps point customers to it or do your own?

Wrong part my fault
I ordered the wrong part, it could have been a clearer description e.g top draw etc. Happy that i can return the part at my convenience due to covid situation. Would have been nice if they sent me the correct part automatically as I've read they have done for previous customers. Strange.

Wait and see
I received the product and it was just what I required. However unfortunately the product was damaged and had a corner broken off it. I personally think this was due to poor packaging. I was disappointed and rang customer services. I spoke to a very helpful advisor who assured me they would send me a replacement and I was able to delay the receipt of this until after my holiday. I am quite happy with this level of service and hope to receive the replacement at the end of the month. If all goes OK with the order I would give 10 out of 10 for customer service.
