Part was easy to find on the website. Arrived next day as ordered. Packaging was broken open and could have been better, just a cardboard box, no packing, but part was undamaged. Fitting was straightforward. Would certainly recommend Ransomes for quality spares.

Great product
The video was to generic and was not as easy as suggested for the type of oven had to call out an expert. Video could of been more helpful but product is excellent and just what I wanted

Totally compatible with the original
This is fairly easy to fit. You need to take the back off the oven and the panel which covers the element inside the oven. Unless you have arms about eight feet long, you will need a second person to help you for a few minutes.
