Perfect fit. Just what we needed.
This was the second time we tried to purchase a replacement cutlery basket. The first time from somewhere else and got send a basket that didn't fit. Would definitely recommend. Excellent order tracking and very prompt delivery.

Easy to fit but
Product itself it great, v easy to fit, came as stated BUT courier dropped it over a gate about 2 meters high not knowing what was in it. it could have been fragile....

A difficult part to find
I have been unable to find this part on any website until I contacted Ransomspares.The basket arrived the day after I ordered and is exactly the right part. Service was excellent. The part is a simple replacement so do not expect any problems over time.

Great value, fitted perfectly
We have a slim hotpoint dishwasher that was inherited with a house purchase but had no cutlery tray. OEM parts were advertised at twice the price of this aftermarket one from Ransom Spares. The photo didn't convince me it would fit amongst the spike rows but given the return guarantee, I thought I'd try it. Took ages to arrive (not helped by C-19 issues) but it's perfect. Fits great. Recommended.

Exact replacement
Ransom could not confirm that it would fit my Indesit IDF 125 dishwasher but it is an exact replacement. The only difference is the colour (grey instead of blue). I give it only 3 stars for quality because, the same as the original, it is a bit flimsy. If you drop cutlery in a bit roughly it can easily break break through the bottom, jam the spinning arm and stop you pulling the tray out!
