Fan element
After ordering the unit arrived very quickly, but I had ordered the wrong element, I phoned Ranson and was not only given info for returning it I was asked to send the u/s unit for comparison purposes, this I did and was pleased to receive a replacement soon after. At all times I was kept in touch by Email of progress for delivery, I also received very helpful phone calls. When it came to fitting the element I watched the video supplied and was able to fit the unit easily and quickly. This service must be second to none and the staff very, very helpful. I enjoyed my steak pie on Thursday evening. Thank you

Accurate service
These guys have saved me £500 - as I was about to throw away an electric oven made by Eurolec, which I had assumed there were no spares for as business gone pop. Very good customer service from their customer service, made the effort to go and get the part to check my specific question on fitting. Delivered next day. Perfect. Wife very pleased ! Thank you
