Great value and easy to fit
Part came reasonably rapidly given it was ordered during lockdown. Well packaged and simple to install as long as you are confident in taking the door off an oven, otherwise it could be a bit of a faff to do. Straight swap for previous element and took less than 10 minutes to replace from start to finish

Quick delivery, Genuine part
I have had 2 of these from Ransom now - I don't think the Caple oven is the best in world (!) but it is very easy to put the new element in and Ransom have had stock and delivered quickly on both occasions

Very easy ordering system even for a lesser known model. Arrived next day and the on-line instructional video gave me a perfect working oven in around 5 mins. Much cheaper than buying a new one! Thanks

Easy fit
Thanks for a great site that gave all the information needed to get the right element. Also the videos to guide me to fit it myself was an inspiration. I did not realise how easy the job was. Must have saved me at least £80 to get a fitter in!

I cannot express enough the fantastic service of this company. I would not hesitate to use this company again. If you want something fixed fast and need the part quickly then this is the place for you. Got a Caple fan oven and the element had gone ....... was really panicking as i had arranged a dinner party ..... the part arrived pronto and with the online tutorial video it was fixed in 10 minutes.....10 happy dinner guests!!!
