Good web page ensuring correct identification before order
Ordered on Thursday morning with next day delivery; in fact arrived Monday. In view of the current situation - better late than never. Requests for tracking help were received courteously, but then passed on to specialist supplier, by which time DPD had delivered. It would be useful to give tracking identification at the earliest possible time.

correct part, poor delivery
Part was as ordered and a good price. Web shop showed it as in stock but it was not despatched until 8 days after i placed the order. I sent an email after 5 days asking where it was. It took 2 days to get the reply " it will be despatched in the next 1-2 days". No explanation as to why a stock item took more than a week to be despatched, I really am disappointed with the service.

Fan Element - Cannon cooker
Fan oven not heating correctly so needed to re-new the element. Found this exact replacement and fitted easily within a few minutes. Oven now working a treat and saved myself loads a' money !!!

Great Company and products
What can I say without sounding a member of staff. Thursday 12/12/13 oven element fails, beans on toast evening meal. Order said element from Ransomspares, Friday 13/12/12 element delivered by 1pm, Roast chicken evening meal. My thanks for the prompt delivery and so easy to replace especially with instruction video even from one who hadn't a clue. So grateful for not having to spend hundreds of pounds for a new cooker thank you. To sum up! Cheap, Prompt, so helpful. Mrs A Williams
