all i can say is the product and price were the best i could find and infact were cheaper by atleast £6.00 for the exact same product from hoover after incorporateing the delivery price .so i am highly delighted i ordered the item on a saturday mid day and had it deliverd and allso fitted it by the tuesday on standard delivery so it was a great buy and delivery service , 10 out of 10 Thankyou Doug
