Fast Accurate Service
Part arrived 3-4 days after ordering. Part ordered was a washing machine door handle. Part supplied was in fact a full door locking kit containing, in addition to the handle, support metal plate x 2, spring, shaft, latch catch and all screws. So no matter what part of the door lock was giving trouble, you were sure to fix it. Well done.

Fit for purpose
As expected. Prompt delivery. Easy to fit. Didn't have the option to choose colour. So not have a grey handle on my white washing machine.

Great product
This as exactly what I wanted It was a bit difficult to fit by myself, would have been easy with 2 people , but I am a 69 year old female so was pleased with the result. The price was very cheap .Its just a pity it isn't white but it doesn't really matter as it works perfectly

Good fit
I purchased the replacement door part - trying to save having to call out an engineer. The part was a different colour but that did not bother me. It took around an hour (should have been quicker) because I had trouble installing the spring. In the end I used the old spring on the new handle and it works a treat. I would suggest taking a photo of the part before removing it so that you can see how it goes back!

Did the job
The catch assembly was quite easy to fit once I figured it out only fault was that the door handle was grey and my washing machine is white but it didn't make any difference to me

Did what I wanted it to do.
This kit replaced a split handle block. I could have done with just the handle but thought it best to replace the spring & catch as well. No instructions provided, so take a close-up photo of the old spring assembly before you dismantle it. You'll need the photo - believe me! A fiddly but worthwhile DIY job.

DOOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY
I have had a broken door handle on the washing machine for some time and was waiting for it to finally become unworkable before buying a new machine. Just happened to come across Ransom spares one day whilst surfing the net and took a chance on buying and trying to fit a new handle. Delivery was very quick and it took only 15 mins to change. I'm no expert on these things so needed my son to hold the front of the handle whilst i fitted the spring (only tricky bit). All in, a very good experience and saved me a lot of money.
