Easy to use
I bought this for my Miele Cat & Dog. It fits easily and is a great replacement part, ideal on hard floors. It cost a fraction of a genuine Miele part so I'm very pleased!

Alternative accessory
Bought as a alternative to karcher vacuum head, relatively cheap, but good build quality. Improved the vacuums ability to clean carpets. I fit kitchens for a living, having this now enables me to thoroughly clean both the new kitchens floor & surrounding rooms carpets. Until I'd visited this site I wasn't aware such a accessory was available. Took a little longer than I expected to arrive, but apart from that I'm a very happy customer.

Better than the original product.
I went to the original manufacturer for replacement and they quoted me four times the price that I was quoted from Ransome Spares and their product in my opinion was inferior.The product was with me in two working days, and i am over the moon with the product and the service.Well Done!

The spare part arrived before the final delivery date. It was exactly as described and it was easy to replace the old piece. My 'Henry' is now as good as new again. I recommend you.

very easy to fit
bought the universal floor tool to fit my vax hoover. This fitted very easily and took only a few minutes to do. the head works equally as well on carpets and also laminate flooring. Would order again if needs be.
