Great Service,Great Product and simple to fit
I ordered the replacement pump in the afternoon and received the morning after. I had already removed the old pump and fitted the new one in 10mins. The replacement was almost identical to the original and was made well so I am more than happy and will definitely purchase parts from Ransome again if the need arises.

Easy fix

First one broken
First product delivered with housing broken. Clearly broken before sending because broken part not in package. Got in touch and they sent replacement and this arrived next day. Great rectification of problem. Part itself is aftermarket and does not feel as robust as original but no complaints at the price. Fitted easily and working fine. Great service overall despite initial problems.

Great Product, Easy to Fit

great price
this part was a fraction of the cost of the genuine part but its exactly the same.i couldnt see any difference really easy to fit 2 hose clips ,twist 1 screw and it was done my machine works like new, really good replacement part

Works fine
I am amateur and managed, with some effort, to fit this ok after filter on last one completely blocked with sediment. Only a bit more expensive to buy this than the filter on its own, so happy with that. Appears almost entirely equivalent except minor dize discrepancies which on no way affect fitting or function. Been running ten times and no problems so far. Also removed hose to drum (not to do with this art) and this was much more tricky to replace and re- seal, so be careful to check for leaks and be very vigilant about tightening, re- sealing etc afterwards..

Great value, not the Bosch part but works great
The part was not the Bosch part, but was less than half the price and works great. If I had the official part I probably could have replaced just the faulty pump saving a little bit of work removing the whole Pump and filter. However, no bid deal and brilliant for the price.

Nice pump
I opted for the universal version rather than the Bosch part for my washing machine when the pump broke as the machine is 4 years old and the part was a lot cheaper. It fit perfectly and has worked fine so far. Customer service was excellent as well, with the guys going the extra mile to help me to get what I needed, and special delivery postage is good value too. Would recommend.

Quiet pump
Pump was easy to fit in my Bosch Classixx 6 1200 Express washing machine. I just had to tip the machine on it's side, unclamp the hoses using pliers, unclip the electrical connector and remove the front bottom plastic panel using a torx bit to access the pump mounting screws. Pump fitted perfectly and was a lot quieter than the failed pump.

Great product
The washing machine broke. Trying to do it DIY with the videos on internet. Ordered this to replace the old broken part. The pipe appears a little bit shorter than the original one. But it fit well. Easily get it changed and the machine back to work again. The delivery is fast.

Does the job, easy to fit
I replaced the drain pump in my 8 year old Bosch washer dryer. It wasn’t a hard job though I was apprehensive. Fortunately the machine top and the bottom drain filter cover came off easily, and once the machine was on its side, it was just a case of unscrewing the old pump, undoing the clips, removing the pipes, and then putting in the new pump. The machine wouldn’t work when first tried, as the LED display was awry. Assuming that maybe a bit of water had got into the electrics, I left the machine top off overnight to allow moisture to evaporate and tried it again the next day. It worked, and I’ve since done several washes without a problem. Check out the You Tube videos, they are invaluable. .
