Compatible Oven Element lasts 18 months
I have had several of these Whirlpool compatible fan oven elements from Ransom Spares. They always arrive promptly within a couple of working days, and are easy to fit & work well enough. My only issue is that they don't last that long. Some will last 12 months, some will last 2 years, on average it is about 18 months before they fail and I have to buy another one. I have had about 4 now in the last few years. My oven is not used every day or excessively, so I hoped they would last a bit longer to be honest. Still, they are a lot cheaper than the original element - you pays your money and make your choice!

Bought this when my firenzi oven packed up , theres an earth clip on the element which isnt on the old one , so I snapped that off and fitted new one , really easy once I'd watched the instruction video , saved a few quid not buying a new oven and only £13

Oven element
Fast delivery. Very easy to fit - my oven doesn't have a hole for the earth pin so had to bend it in. My second one and has lasted more than 2 years of constant use so great product at a great price. Customer service is excellent. Would recommend to anyone & everyone

Element lasts 18 months
This is my 3rd compatible Whirlpool oven element. Easy to fit and cheap to buy, but they only last about 18 months. This is my 3rd one from Ransom spares over the last 5 years. I have no issue with the part for the price, but if you are looking for a long lasting part I suggest trying the original part. Ransom have always delivered within a few days and have been good to deal with.

Almost compatible fan oven element
A super cheap replacement that works perfectly well. A small problem with fitting it - the spade connectors soldered to the element where marginally to big to go through the holes in the back of my oven. A couple of minutes with a small file, (filing the terminals - not the oven!)and it fitted perfectly. A+ for value - and delivery Thank you

Fix an oven, me?
Considering I learnt all of my DIY skills from Frank Spencer, I amazed myself (as well as family and friends) when I was able to fit this part without ending up in rolling skates holding onto the back of a bus. People who know me say it cannot be, but yes, I did it. I fixed the oven. And the house is still standing. The part arrived quickly and following the great how-to video on the site, I was an expert in no time. It was very cheap too and saved me buying a new oven! I will definitely use Ransom Spares again when I next have a bit of trouble with my parts. Thank you.

Great Product!
Was very happy to have used this site. The product arrived the next day and I found it relitively easy to install. On comparing the original part with this one I can honestly say there was only a slight difference although this did not in anyway effect the insallation. For parts that are significantly cheaper and a very good service I shall certainly be using this site again!! Thankyou!!

Great value item and delivered very quickly, i bought an oven element but had never fitted one before, i went on the Ransom spares website and there was a very useful fitting demonstration video making the job very easy to do and saving me the cost of having someone out to fit it, i would defiantly recommend Ransom spares

Don't pay for a new cooker, fit the part yourself
Our old electric oven broke. We were thinking oh no more expense, we are going to need to get a new one. Fortunately we found the Ransome website and link to the spare parts. I had no idea we could fix it ourselves. it was easy and saved so much money.
