Oven glass panel slid into place in seconds. Delivery was very quick and good value considering how well packaged it needed to be.

Lead Time
Good Morning In terms of the online ordering system and 3 parts I ordered for my Diplomat Oven (Glass, Seal and Hinges) - The site was straight forward and easy to follow and all parts received were correct. However - they took a lot longer to come than I expected which was disappointing - almost 2 weeks and to my knowledge, indication of this lead time is not shown whilst placing the order. I was beginning to think there was a problem with the site I used - but they then arrived. Many thanks. A Keartland

Straightforward and simple
GOod price great customer service and swift delivery. GIven that we were without an oven until the glass arrived that was essential- recommend and will use again.

Speedy delivery, great product
Superb customer service and speed of delivery from this company - would highly recommend and trust. Product was exactly what I needed. Only caveat would be - it would have been useful to have the measurements of the product on the site to ensure exact fit. Otherwise - brilliant company.

Great quality item.
I found this to be a quality product, simple to fit as was the original. I was very impressed with the item tracking service, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars overall rating is because I didn't know the item was out of stock when I placed my order, had to wait a few days longer than expected for delivery, other than that no problems.

I was about to scrap my oven until I stumbled accross you!
I was all set to scrap the oven and replace it when I stumbled accross Ransom Spares! I found the repcement door pannel in less than a minute, ordered and recieved it within two days! Fantastic and thats why I have told everyone about it!!! Many Thanks Dave
