Washer working within days, for less than a tenner!
The old paddle lifter had fallen off, leaving sharp edges so could not use the machine. The instructions were with the part, very easy to follow and job done in minutes.

Excellent service
Paddle arrived quickly and was easy to find on website, description was spot-on. Paddle is not easy to fit (not Ransom's fault, it's the design) but the instructions are quite good, and, by following them exactly, the paddle did fit OK. Wouldn't have, if I'd had to guess the fitting instructions

Easy to fit
My part arrived promptly and i was able to fit the part very easily using the instructions enclosed this has saved me calling out a repair man and never having done anything like this before I was amazed how easy it was.

Saved Myself £140 call out from Engineer
I looked up online how to fix this and couldn't believe I was about to call out an engineer. Literally unwrapped it and popped it in. Ker-ching! Saved myself a fortune and got my machine working again in a day (delivery was SUPER fast).

Washing Machine part
I was going to buy a new washing machine as 1 drum paddle had broken off and the clothes kept getting caught in the hole left behind and tearing but I thought I would search for the part and came across your web-site. I ordered it for a few pounds and it came straight away and I fitted it very easily by reading the good instructions and crossed fingers I have had no problems and it has saved me a few hundred quid!
