Pefect replacement part
This was the perfect bottle shelf replacement for our 15 yr old John Lewis fridge freezer. The old one's fitting brackets broke and would have left us with a big fridge freezer/wine cooler missing a key element. Easy to find on Ransom website, reasonably priced and extremely easy to fit. A word of warning: extend your search to similar fridge freezer model numbers as the exact model number of ours returned a non compatible message but the photo and dimensions were precise enough to show that it would actually be a perfect match and it was. To Ransom: maybe more work needed to link parts to full list of compatible appliance model numbers .

Fridge tray
The fridge tray is what it is - an exact like for like replacement- what was impressive was Ransom Spare. Their website was brilliant to track the component with easy sign posting to the manufacturers product numbering diagrams. Photos clear to be sure it was right - product itself was much cheaper than other sites, ordering easy and it arrived the following day at 8am - I was amazed how good the process is.

Great service
I ordered the fridge door shelf with express delivery and received it next day as promised. Thanks to Ransomes for advising the huge delays on the standard delivery, something that one of their major competitors failed to do. Hence this was to replace the one I ordered from the competitor that went from 2-3 days to 15 days delivery. Unfortunately the part was damaged on arrival so I immediately reported it on the Ransomes website. I received a response almost by return and a new part was immediately sent, without quibble, and, again by express delivery. The part was top quality also. Pity about the first one being damaged but I put that down to the huge demand on couriers during the pandemic. But absolute TOP MARKS for Ransome's service.

Easy Replacement Search
I recently moved into a different house, the fitted kitchen had a built in AEG fridge freezer, the bottle shelf in the fridge door was badly cracked! The fridge was over 10yrs old but in perfect working order. Ransom provided a perfect replacement in excellent time.
