Good quality original part

I managed to break the butter rack and found Ransom Spares sold them on their site. Item is original to Zanussi fridge. Delivery was very quick and the part was securely packed to avoid damage. This tray looks identical to the one we need but when we search on the Zanussi part number: 2246126 there is a nil return.

Hi - I don't have the Zanussi fridge model number but I know it needs the type of door shelf above (RS641307) but it must be 48cm long. The one I ordered was 43cm and obviously won't fit. There are no specifications available so perhaps you or one of your customers could help me with this. I have used online chat and tried to find a customer service telephone number but without success. Thank you, Jean

Hi Jean, this shelf is 483mm long. There should be a rating plate inside the fridge, behind the salad drawer, showing the full model details. If you can find this, please submit a part enquiry with the numbers so we can confirm if this is correct for your appliance.
