Freezer fixed!
We have a Hotpoint HF1801 EF AA UK1 freezer and it stopped working due to an ice build-up around the condenser fan. This basically killed the fan and apparently happens because the defrost cycle isn't long enough. Consequently, we needed a new fan. Ransom Spares supplied a genuine OEM fan at a better than OEM price and in record time. That's pretty much as good as it gets in my view. As far as fitting goes, the Hotpoint design is a total nightmare to work on but that's their doing and (obviously) nothing to do with Ransom so let's be clear on that. The supplied part was perfect as was the service and value!
