perfect product. We needed a new front for a Bosch freezer drawer and the web site checked everything and we ordered the right ones. The service was brilliant - order 5 days before xmas and they arrived before xmas, much to my surprise. Fitting was simple and next time I need a spare part I'll look at Ransom to see if they can help again. All in all a perfect transaction and perfect part for our Freezer

A good bye from Ransom
I looked on-line for price and component match. I found the Ransom site easy to negotiate and I located the correct freezer drawer front quite quickly with the help of photographs. The price was good though not cheap. The service from Ransom was efficient and the delivery as promised. With a little bit of thought and patience the drawer front eventually proved easy to fit. Overall, I would have no hesitation in using this company again and I will look at their site first when seeking other appliance spare parts.

Perfect replacement for cracked original. Care needed to ensure replacement doesn't go the same way!

Right part at last thanks to Ransom
Great service, received a confirmation email to confirm that I had the correct part no. Placed the order and within a few days had a text to advise as to when my order would arrive. Received a further text on the day to let me know the exact time. Really pleased with the parts and after lots of searching they are the correct ones for my Freezer
