Bottle shelf

Unfortunately when the bottle shelf arrived it was cracked. A phone call was all that was needed and another was dispatched which arrived within the week . Excellent service. As to the product itself , it seems a bit flimsy and was fiddly to attach. Maybe we were afraid of breaking it but the original bottle shelf had lasted for about 14years even though that had been on its last legs for a number of years! I'm sure it will be ok. Seems a bit expensive for what it is but the fridge needed a new shelf.

Replacement for damaged item

Part fits Baumatic BR22/8B variant. Thanks to Ransom's staff who spent time checking whether the item would fit the sub-variant of the BR22 series. Delivery to expected timescales. Clearly the OEM item has been engineered down to a price and is less substantial than the similar item we have on an AEG fridge, but you have to have the bit that fits the fridge you've got.
