good product for the price, but not exactly what I've expected
The bottom side is not frosted as the original one. The exact product for my refrigerator wasn't available any more, but customer support told me this one should be the same. Well, it wasn't. But for the price, I'm OK with it, even though the original part was same price. My order was also put on hold, although I payed immediatly. However, as soon as I've told RS that the product after 3 weeks wasn't still delivered, they appologized and immediatly resolved the issue. They are very professional. Just check your order after a few days and you'll be fine.
