This item arrived damaged. On contacting the company I received a quick response and a request to send photo of the damaged item which was duly replaced and was delivered within a few days. The freezer box drawer fitted perfectly. Customer care and service cannot be praised high enough. Thankyou.

Exactly what I needed!!

Broke one of my freezer drawers a couple of days before Christmas. Ordered the item just before Christmas and it arrived the day after Boxing Day! The website was easy to use and thankfully I ordered the right item. Will definately use Ransom Spares again if I need any spares for my appliances 👍🏻
