Baumatic Dishwasher Door Spring
Product as described and works well (fitted for 2 weeks so far). Very expensive for a spring even if it is specifically designed and manufactured, this was the cheapest place I could find to buy it from.

Perfect replacement, straightforward to fit.
After receiving the incorrect part from another company and then subsequently telephoning yourselves the part that was supposed to be compatible with my dishwasher was the same as the incorrect one that I had already purchased. Your operator then gave me alternative products to look at and I made a visual decision to order the correct one. He told me that the picture was true to size, and it was. Thank you.

Good product
The product itself was very good and did what was intended, however I was not happy that it took over a week to arrive, when ordering online it did not state that the goods were not in stock and had to be ordered, if I had of known this I would have tried elsewhere in order to have the goods sooner..
