My Tricity Bendix Tiara SB200/3W electric cooker has been a great servant for many years and has needed minimal attention. The spiders that support the hob rings have needed replacing every four years or so due to corrosion and this time when I needed to order a new one, because of the age of the cooker, I had great difficulty in finding a replacement until an internet search led me to RansomSpares. I ordered the part, received it by return, loosened the bolt holding the appropriate ring in my cooker, lifted it up enough to remove the corroded old spider and slip in the new one - perfect fit! - dropped the ring down and tightened the bolt. Job done in ten minutes! Cooker perfectly functional again saving me several hundreds of pounds to buy a whole new cooker in order to enjoy four safely working hotplates. Done and dusted! What more can you want than that? If I ever need spares again RansomSpares will be my first port of call.
