great service
The grill element was ordered as compatible with my cooker, according to your website. The power ratings, size and rear mounting were compatible, but I had to make a new gasket, and find nuts and washers. The bracket mounting the unit to the upper surface of the grill was totally different to the original. Successfully overcome by drilling two new holes, after purchasing an angled drill chuck. Delivery excellent. On line chat very useful and reassuring. Thank you.
