perfect fit

Right size, easy to fit
As far as I can tell, it is identical to the original. Hard to be 100% sure as the largest part of the original we had was about 5mm across.

Good Support for Do it Yourself
Another website, which to my surprise, had stated that as the manufacturer no longer supported this product, they could not supply; left me baffled as an oven without its thermal glass was useless. So I was very pleased when a phonecall to Ransom immediately came up with the product, as explained components no longer in normal use are often available. I'd broken the glass while trying to insert a new oven element which had caused me a great deal of trouble - obtained from the first website. And now I realised that Ransom actually encourage one to replace an element oneself, giving an excellent video and with it a transcription. If only I had seen that video and those words of encouragement from Ransom in the first place!
