My parents combination oven / microwave developed a fault where it would turn off after 30 seconds of use. Fortunately it displayed an error code which allowed the fault to be traced to the cooling fan. I have ordered from RansomSpares before so I went to their website and searched for the part using the model number of the oven. RansomSpares had the part in stock, were very competitive on price, and didn't charge the ridiculous surcharge to the Highlands that some retailers do. The part arrived in a couple of days, and was actually one of the easiest repairs I have ever done, with the whole process taking less than 30 mins. The oven is now fully functional again and my parents are delight that they didn't have to spend hundreds of pounds on a new oven. I would definitely use RansomSpares again in the future.
