Great service!
Delivered to NZ within 7 calendar days (including 2 days getting the part in) - that's what I call service! The part cross reference to Electrolux/AEG is 387 109 0-00/1 - and yes, it was the OEM part, not an equivalent. The manufacturer is Eltek, and their part number is 100805. Part fits perfectly, and considering Electrolux NZ couldn't even supply it and suggested I Google it, I am more than happy with Ransom Spares. It took less than 10 mins to install, and freight from the UK was 10 quid.
