Does this part actually come with the two switches included or is it just the operating sliders for the switches?

Would I need to replace the switches which in the last question you said do not come with it. My same cooker hood is working but one of the sliders has broken and I use a fork to turn it on. Also is it just possible to replace the slider? If I have to buy the front RS35799 would it have to be fitted by an electrician?
