Hotpoint oven heater element
Following the ransomspares video the element was very easy to install. The element has been working for two weeks and appears to be working well. Ransomspares were able to supply the element very quickly. I have used ransomspares before and if needed I would have no issue in using them again for quality, price and speed of getting the part posted.

Just what I needed and at a good price.
Initially I tried to get the part fitted by by local white goods supplier’s service department but they fobbed me off with telling me they couldn’t get the required part for at least three months. So, after looking on the internet and finding Ransom Spares had the part in stock and even a video showing how easy it was to fit I ordered the part and it was a doddle to fit, taking less than half an hour. I guess the white goods supplier were more interested in selling me a new oven than providing the service I wanted. Thanks Ransom Spares for your great service, you saved me a fortune.

The original main oven heating element failed without warning, looked up the oven make and model and this was specified as a direct replacement. Ordered and turned up as promised. The item as a direct replacement no messing about took 15min to replace as a DIY fix.
