Just the job
This again was just what I wanted, kept the previous product number so ordering the replacement was no problem. Delivery was quick and on time, fitting took approximately half hour, and the old girl now working perfectly. Ransom spares is the only place to go for your replacement needs.

It is appreciated that there are companies that provide these spares as without them it means a new appliance. If you Google it you will see how easy it is to fit. Takes about 15 mins. However, I have had three of these over the past 11 years and it can not be regarded as long lasting.

Straight forward repair
I am well practised in replacing these elements, the previous one lasted 10 months and before that a shorter time. I buy the best available to get a longer life but it seems they are not long lasting anymore. It is just as well Ransoms provide a good service.

Generally striaght forward
Difficulties can arise if one is not supple enough to get ones head, arms in the oven. Beside that a straight forward instal. Furthmore the supportive video are exteremely informative. I got the feeling I was dealing with a serious professional company
