How do I know which way round the wires go of the live and neutral as the part looks slightly different.

Hi Hannah, this is an AC motor, so you can fit either wire on either terminal.

I own a creda concept solar plus model number 48317 / 8 the fan motor stalls / stops easliy i ve investigated to find numbers etc after watching your video to replace motor fan etc i noticed my creda oven has two fans one inside the oven cabinate and another fan on the outer side please advise is this motor assembly correct for my model Thanks Trevor Ford

In the picture the electrical connections look different to those shown on the Hotpoint page for the equivalent Hotpoint DY46X/2 part (Hotpoint part no J00156111). But it is described as a genuine spare part. Can you clarify why it appears to be different, please. Many thanks.

Hi Iain. This is the only fan motor listed for your appliance. This will be correct though the connectors have changed slightly.
