Most difficult bit is removing the old seal.. sticky removing solvent and a paint scraper helps. New part is pricey for what it is, but is an exact fit.

Part arrived and fitted, after taking machine apart completely to gain access. Easy to fit though and machine now running really quietly and more efficiently as the heat is not being lost anymore!
