Easy to find spares.
The item arrived as advised in good condition. Ransom were easy to deal with and spares are easy to find on the website. I had some minor issues trying to find one particular spare part, but after contacting them via email they responded within 24 hours, and between us we were able to identify the part which was sent to me within 3 working days. I will be using them as my go-to supplier for spares from now on.

Didn't realise I had two of them on my mower.
I purchased one of these this as following the diagram my original brake lever pad seemed quite low. Wish I'd known I needed two of them as the diagram only shows one. Make sure you order two, one for each side of the deck. Relatively easy to fit once the deck is detached from the mower. Good value and genuine OEM part.

Also fits Rally mowing deck
This part was hard to find elsewhere and has got my Rally mowing deck working properly again. Good quality part and price.
