Living in the Highlands of Scotland limits my options for repairs and parts. It was easy and quick to obtain the part from Ransoms. It arrived very efficiently and was very easy to fit. I thought my cooker would be a bit obscure because it is not a mainstream make and obtaining parts would be difficult but not so. My cooker is no longer terminally ill! Thanks. I will use Ransoms again.
