The element was reasonably priced and came quite quickly. I thought I would be fitting the part myself, with the handy help of Ransom's "how to do" video clip, so imagine my surprise when Son No 2 (who's not a DIY expert by any means) decided to have a go himself, without any video watching! I was dreading the outcome but he had the back plate out, old element out and the new element in, all in under 20 minutes....yay! Thanks Ransom. Your video clip was excellent and I'm sure if I'd have had chance I could have fitted it just as well, but hats off to Son No 2!
