Well done me!!!!!

This basket was not so straight forward to fit only because the replacement one had been discontinued, i ordered it anyway because looking at the picture it looked more or less the same, what had I got to lose? The only thing that was stopping it fitting properly was the drainage channel was slightly longer on my model (Zannussi DX6452),I didn't give up! I got a hacksaw ( being careful not to damage the coating on the basket)and cut a small piece out of the wire so the drainage channel would fit and put a rubber gromit on each end of the cut wire and Hey Presto! It fits!! My dishwasher is perfect and it was far cheaper than buying a new machine.
