Once it was seen that the kit contained options for 2 models instalment was straightforward. I would recommend an additional note in the instructions to this detail as it would remove any confusion. The original cause of the failure was due to the retaining screw failing. A replacement in the kit would be useful. I would recommend your company to friends. .....................................

Good Replacement Parts
Hotpoint Aquarius Tumble Dryer, parts ordered were genuine and correct for the dryer. Easy to order and arrived in three days. Fitting required partial dismantle of dryer to replace seals to drum but with this achieved and re-assembled using all supplied parts the dryer is as good as new.

New lease of life for old dryer
easy enough to fit for anyone who enjoys that kind of thing. It probably took me a couple of hours to figure it all out and fit, but if you've done one before it would take more like 45 mins. The dryer works a treat now - good as new!

Great product, easy to fit
This repair kit really contains everything you need to mechanically renew your dryer. With new seals included as well as front and rear bearings, it has left my dryer running like new again for a mere fraction of the cost of replacing it or getting a professional repair. The instructions included in the kit make it easy for any person with a reasonable level of technical know how to disassemble their dryer and rebuild it with this kit.

good quality, reasonble to fit
after watching your competitions vieo , how to fit this kit, it was quite a big job, you have to have to nerve to completely disassemble tumble dryer, did nit fit the new shaft to rear of tumble dryer just fitted new outside bearing on back casing, shaft was ok, but seems to have done the job ok

Great value, not easy to fit
The shaft was not easy to fit as the old shaft was sealed within the drum by rivets, so it had to be hacksawed off and the centre drilled out.The holes which lined up were the clearance holes in both drum and new shaft plate so screws too small so had to fix using nuts and bolts. Other parts ok and good value. Thanks

Great product, great price
This package was easy to order and cheaper than anywhere else on the net. I also realised I needed a drive belt the day after my initial order was placed and a quick call to customer services soon added the extra part with no additional delivery charge! Very helpful staff. I must admit a rival website offers good tips and videos about installing the parts, but Ransom always appears to be cheaper.

Huge money saver
Purchased this item instead of chucking out the drier and buying a new one it took about an hour to fit (I didn't fit new seals as drier is in garage) and the drier is no longer sounding like a tap dancing donkey having an electric shock. Thanks for the parts !
