Returning an item couldn't be simpler...

If your item doesn't fit, or is no longer required

Simply return the item back to us within 30 days of purchase and we will arrange a refund for you. Your item must not have been used or fitted and it must be in the original packaging, otherwise a refund cannot be given.  Please see 'Returns Authorisation' section below.

Faulty/Damaged Item?

...again simply return it within 30 days and we will send out a replacement or arrange for a refund as necessary.  Please see 'Returns Authorisation' section below.

Returns Authorisation?

In all instances before returning a product you must obtain a Returns Authorisation Number.

  1. Send us details of the part/s you would like to return using the 'Return a part' form.
  2. Your request will then be verified.  Parts which have been fitted or were purchased more than 30 days ago cannot be returned.
  3. Once verified a Returns Authorisation Number will be sent to you by email.

All items should be returned with your Returns Authorisation Number clearly marked on the outside of the package (not the packaging that the part is in).  All items must be returned within 30 days from receipt of your RAN.

Please ensure that you retain proof of postage just in case your item goes missing.
 
Once received by us we will check your return and if all is ok we will issue you a refund with 48 hours of receipt and forward you a confirmation email.
